Wheather you are thinking of attending your first Roadtrippers event or have already booked onto one and are starting to get excited about it, we anticipate that you will most likely have a few questions you would like to ask?

Who can go to Roadtrippers Events?
Although we are a lesbian centric group, we are also inclusive of bi and transgender women. Click here to view the Roadtipper Events Inclusion Statement.
I will be attending an event on my own & I’m very nervous.
It is quite natural to feel this, we have all been there, but I can assure you that our members will welcome you to our ‘Roadtripper’ family with open arms. The majority of our members attend events on their own so you will not be the only one, by far. Remember we are known as the UK’s friendliest Lesbian, Bi & Transgender group.
Can I bring a friend or family member with me?
Yes, you can as long as they support the lesbian, bi & transgender community and as long as they behave respectfully to our other members. You will find my mum (Bren Bren) at most of our events/camps, she is Roadtrippers Events biggest fan & also a massive lesbian, bi & transgender supporter.
Can I bring children?
We try not to encourage children at our events, as the majority of our members prefer our events to be child free. Although we do try to do at least one or two family events each year where children are welcome. Please contact us should you wish to bring children to any of our events.
Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are allowed at most of our camps, but please check the particular events for more info. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times & you must be in full control & responsible at all times of your pet.
Do I need all my own camping equipment?
At some events we have pods, rooms or cottages available, so please check out each event or speak with us for more information.
Is there an upper age limit at Roadtrippers Events, as I’m in my 70’s?
No not at all, we have quite a few ladies who are 70+ years young who frequent lots of our events.
Do I have to participate in all the activities?
The choice is entirely up to you, all the activities we organise at events are totally optional, please feel free to participate, spectate or have some chill out time on own, feel free to dip in/out as much or as little as you like, it’s your weekend/holiday away, we just want you to enjoy it.

As all our events/camps are different and have different access issues, please drop us an email to discuss further, we will try to help with access issues as much as we possibly can.
Will I have power supply / EHU at camp?
Most of our camps have EHU, but not all, so please check this out before booking.
I have booked/paid for an event but can no longer attend.
Unfortunatley, we don’t issue refunds if you cannot attend an event, but we will try our best to help you sell it on. Most of our events sell out so at times we have waiting lists for people wanting to buy.
What if I have booked an event that has been cancelled or rescheduled by the organisers due to COVID-19, government restrictions or something else?
Should an unforseen circumstance arise which requires Roadtrippers Events to cancel an event a full refund will be issued (excluding any booking fees). If an event is to be rescheduled then you can choose to keep your booking with the changes or accept a full refund (excluding any booking fees).
