- DJ, Torrevieja, Spain

Just want to say thank you for setting up Roadtrippers. It has enhanced my life immensely. I have made lasting friendships and seen more of our beautiful country than I would have without your commitment and love for our LGBTQI community.

- Kimmy, London

It’s like you’ve known these girls all your life from the first moment you meet. It is the friendliest, most inclusive group of wonderful fun ladies you could wish to meet. I’ve been on adventures with Roadtrippers both here and abroad and highly recommend it.

- Claudine, Holmfirth

Roadtrippers is an amazing life changing company. Nicola the Director works tirelessly to ensure like minded women get together and enjoy making new memories and building new friendships and relationships. I am personally grateful for the new friendships I have made and memories I have gathered with them. Thank you Nicola Last.

I’d just like to say roadtrippers are like one big Happy family. I was nervous to attend my first event at new year 2019, but I was welcomed with open arms, everybody was so warm and welcoming. I absolutely love Roadtrippers and the way it’s run by a truly awesome, fun loving, hug giving, smiling lady. I can’t wait for the next event. Thanks Voddy and team for being simply beautiful people inside and out.

- Siobhan, Scotland

I've been to three Roadtrippers events (so far) - a trip to Lesvos, to the Birmingham Christmas markets and to a Valentine's do. Everyone at these events have been universally friendly and welcoming. You feel utterly relaxed and as if you are amongst family. Nicola does an amazing job organising things so people can have the best time. I'll certainly be back for more!

- Vic, Warwickshire

So so pleased to have found this absolutely amazing group. My partner and myself have met some wonderful women and been on some fantastic trips and done things we would never have considered doing like throwing myself down a zip line head first. Voddy’s energy is contagious and we’ve made some friends for life.

- Leanne & Nicky, Cambridgshire

My first event was the County Fest event I went alone and was slightly nervous however the nerves went very quickly. The Roadtrippers family accepted me and went out of their way to make me feel at home and comfortable. I am so pleased I took the step and now am part of an awesome non judgemental and welcoming family thank you to everyone.

Roadtrippers makes me feel like my old football days. Friends who look out for each other and care.

Roadtripper events are great fun. The events run throughout the year. You can stay in lodges, camp in tents, campervan and motorhomes and hotel stays. Well behaved doggies are welcome at most camps. Come and join in the fun!

Attended our first event in February, Valentine’s Disco, and were made to feel welcome and part of the group by all. From the first meet in the afternoon to the disco. Had a great time and look forward to more.

- Julie & Carol, Kent

Great group of ladies always feel included and supported and have made some fab friends from the group. Love attending the events and taking part in some of the activities, but  you can do as much or as little as you want without feeling uncomfortable.  The group has improved my confidence, belief in myself and social skills and I actually can't wait for the next event.  Brilliantly ran by Voddy, her enthusiasm and attention to detail means the events are always very well organised and immensely fun.

- Debbie, Berkshire.

I’ve only been to one meet up so far and all the Roadtrippers make you feel so welcome, lovely ladies, intending on going to more.

- Julie, Northampton

Roadtrippers has made a huge difference to my life. I've met some lovely people and had great fun on the trips I’ve been on. Its like one big happy family. I live in a small village in the West Midlands with not many places for gay people to go to. I Thank you Voddy for the fantastic job you do in organising all our trips.

- Denise, West Midlands

Although I’ve only been able to attend one Roadtrippers event to date (Soham Countryfest in 2019), I’m so happy I found the group! Nicola works really hard to keep everyone included - wherever we may live.  As for the trip I attended - it was so great just to spend a brilliant, funny & relaxing time with a friendly group - and to feel safe camping in a field with likeminded women.  I love this group and it sure is filling a need for so many women.

- SB, Essex

My first Roadtrippers event was a weekend at Zip World, N Wales. The Roadtrippers made me very welcome; I felt a real sense of belonging to the group. Organisation was top notch; from the heart. Here's to the next event!

- Cathy, Derby

Roadtrippers has changed my life. I've only been a member for just over a year but have been on various trips including exhilarating zip wires and social parties, country festivals and a fab holiday to Lesvos with my newly found friends... I've even been fortunate enough to meet my GF through Roadtrippers! Can't thank Voddy (Nicola Last) - the organiser - enough, and can't wait to get back out to more events ASAP.

- L, Cambridgeshire

Had an absolutely amazing time with Roadtrippers last year, went to several weekends including Zip Wire, Kayaking and Countryfest. Met loads of lovely new friends, had a wonderful time camping and great fun doing new things. Brilliant group and cant wait to get out with them again.

- Sue F, West Yorks

I've been a member of Roadtrippers since 2017 and have enjoyed many weekends with the girls organised by Nicola (Voddy). To be honest, I don't know how she does it. Well organised, busy, fun, action packed weekends. Nicola makes sure newbies are looked after and included but because she's so welcoming, they're not newbies for long. As I live in a rural area these weekends are the ones I really look forward to. I've made so many friends - women from all over the country - since being in Roadtrippers. Long live Roadtrippers.

- Catrin, Bethesda

Went to Roadtrippers 1st Birthday party in Soham last year for my first Roadtrippers event, I knew no one, very nervous, hadn’t camped for years, absolutely loved it, everyone is genuinely so friendly, will definitely be going again, brilliant experience.

- Evelyn, Edinburgh

Roadtrippers Events have something for everyone. Time for fun, dancing, competitions and/or time out for rest and reflection. Amazing times with amazing women and enough belly laughs to last a lifetime. Keep it up Roadtrippers Events I love you.

‘Not surprisingly, I encountered a few familiar faces on my first solo ‘Roadtrippers’ adventure a few years ago on the Welsh coast, for the externally organised ‘Oktoberfest’, such that I soon felt at home. I’ve since forged so many lovely friendships & have been inspired by so many of those I’ve met so far.

We’re such a diverse bunch from all walks of life, socio-economic groups, ethnicities, characters & interests etc., but our common goal is simply to have  safe, chilled & easy fun at all the, mostly ‘outdoorsy type’ gatherings. I’ve felt comfortable joining in as little or as much as I’m able to or desire at any given time, without judgement.

Voddy the founder, plans & books everything for us & manages all the finances (which is so easy by bank transfer), amongst other things of course & keeps things running smoothly, at the same time as keeping half a kindly eye on our welfare whilst we’re away  (a bit like ‘Brown Owl’ really, lol).

Some ‘die-hard’ ‘Trippers manage to go to most events, but a guaranteed significant number of new faces at every gathering add nicely to the mix & make for a healthy dynamic.

I do know that RTs has been quite a ‘bolt-hold’ for some, especially for those who feel more isolated socially or simply geographically & in that regard, I guess we all have our own personal journey. I’m happy to have embraced the RTs concept & to have been welcomed into the fold.
